Our 7-Day "Love It" Guarantee

At American Harbor Couture LLC, we take pride in our massive collection of over 100 unique retro designs. Because each piece is part of such a large and diverse catalog, we manage our inventory closely to keep our shop fresh and exciting.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. With 100+ designs in rotation, this short window allows us to process your return quickly and make that item available for the next retro lover.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same "fresh-out-of-the-box" condition you received it.
Original State: Free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or pet hair.
Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.

3. How to Start Your Return

Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and the specific design name (e.g., "Route 66" or "Chill Vibes").
Ship It Back: Once our team approves your request, you can mail the item back to our return center.
- Note: As a small shop, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your tee, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

With over 100 designs, occasionally a mix-up happens! If we sent the wrong graphic or if your shirt arrived with a defect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement of your original choice at no cost to you.
