Welcome to American Harbor Couture LLC. By browsing our site or purchasing our retro-inspired gear, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—they’re shorter than a vintage care label!

1. General Terms

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Accuracy

Design & Color: We do our best to display the "Fabulous" browns, "Atlantic Coast" yellows, and "Chill Vibes" pinks as accurately as possible. However, your monitor settings may slightly alter how colors appear.
Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: As promised, all orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Risk of Loss: Once we hand your package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the responsibility for delivery lies with them. We provide tracking for every order so you can follow its journey.

4. Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please refer to our full Return Policy for specific instructions on how to start a return.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is an error in pricing or descriptions. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we will issue a full refund immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including our "Route 66" graphics, "Double Cherry" designs, and the RETRO TEES USA LLC logo—is our property. Please don’t copy or use our designs without our written permission. That wouldn't be very "Chill Vibes" of you!

7. Limitation of Liability

American Harbor Couture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RETRO TEES USA LLC is registered.
