1. Processing Times

Ready to Roll: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Weekend Note: Our team takes a little breather on weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped out first thing the following Monday.

2. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your retro gear hits the road, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your inbox.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information once your package has been scanned.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We ship across the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your local carrier.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We want to make sure your "Route 66" or "Chill Vibes" tee finds its way home.
American Harbor Couture LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
